Automatic Delivery guide
Drop today's PDFs into one folder. Your Tab gets them automatically.
The short answer
Automatic Delivery gives one Mac folder a job: when new files land there, TabShare privately delivers them to your paired Galaxy Tab and keeps the originals on your Mac.
Use the default folder or choose the Mac folder you already use for daily PDFs, sketches, screenshots, or reference files.
Add one file or a group. TabShare watches for files that are actually ready, then sends them through the paired Private Link path.
Your Galaxy Tab shows what arrived, while your Mac keeps the source files in place and remembers the delivery in Shelf.
Daily material
Lecture PDFs, design references, screenshots, client notes, or anything you routinely want on the Tab can start in the same Mac folder instead of being sent one-by-one from another utility. Automatic Delivery keeps the daily habit simple while TabShare handles readiness in the background.
Calm control
You can pause delivery, review blocked items, and keep originals on the Mac. If the Tab is not ready, TabShare keeps the work safe instead of pretending it disappeared.
Stop routine delivery without moving the folder or losing the files.
Blocked items stay visible so you can retry or decide later.
The watched folder remains your Mac folder, not a remote library.
Part of the bridge
Automatic Delivery is not a separate cloud sync feature. It uses the same paired-device idea as Edge Portal, Paper Roundtrip, Shared Clipboard, and Shelf.
Good to know
No. Automatic Delivery sends files locally to your paired Galaxy Tab when it is ready. It does not create a cloud mirror.
They stay in the Mac folder. TabShare delivers a copy to the paired Tab and records the local delivery in Shelf.
TabShare keeps the item visible for review or retry instead of silently losing it.
